Products
EcoLoomaCo sells made-to-order canvas wall art, including custom portraits, pet canvas art, animal canvas art, faith canvas art, patriotic canvas art, artistic canvas prints, and related wall decor products.
Because our products are made to order, each item is produced specifically after an order is placed.
Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that all order details, including product type, size, format, personalization details, and shipping address, are correct.
For custom or personalized orders, the customer is responsible for providing clear and suitable images or information. Low-quality images may affect the final artwork result.
Production
Production begins after your order is confirmed. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Product colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, material, and printing process.
Custom and Personalized Products
Custom products are created based on the information or images provided by the customer. By submitting images, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that they do not violate any third-party rights.
EcoLoomaCo may refuse custom requests that include offensive, illegal, copyrighted, or inappropriate content.
Shipping
Shipping times may vary depending on production time, destination, carrier delays, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. EcoLoomaCo is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Returns and Refunds
Because our canvas products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with a production issue, please contact us at support@ecoloomaco.com with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or another suitable solution.
