Return and Refund Policy
At EcoLoomaCo, every canvas is made to order. Because our products are produced specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, color preference, or change of mind.
Custom and personalized canvas orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has started, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an issue caused during production or shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a production issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ecoloomaco.com.

A short description of the issue
After reviewing the photos, we may offer a replacement or another suitable solution. In most cases, damaged or defective items are replaced, not refunded.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order appears to be lost in transit or has not arrived after the expected delivery window, please contact us at support@ecoloomaco.com. We will review the tracking information and help resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible because each canvas is made to order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
