At EcoLoomaCo, every canvas is made to order. Production and shipping times may vary depending on the product type, destination, carrier service, and seasonal demand.
Processing Time
Most canvas orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.
Framed canvas orders may require additional production time and can take up to 5 business days before shipment.
Custom or personalized canvas orders may require extra time if artwork preparation, photo review, or customer approval is needed.
Estimated Shipping Time
After production is complete, standard delivery usually takes approximately 2–5 business days within the United States.
International shipping times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, carrier delays, and seasonal volume.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during holidays, busy seasons, severe weather, customs checks, or carrier disruptions.
Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be shared when available. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. EcoLoomaCo is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import taxes, duties, or local charges required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost, delayed beyond the expected delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@ecoloomaco.com with your order number and photos if applicable.
If an item arrives damaged, we will review the issue and may offer a replacement or another suitable solution.
